1. General Terms
By accessing and placing an order with Davies Hairs, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Davies Hairs.
Under no circumstances shall Davies Hairs team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.
2. Products & Services
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Hair Products: We guarantee that all hair sold is 100% human hair. However, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been worn, altered, or processed.
Custom Orders: Custom wigs, dyed hair, and braided units are made to order and require 3-10 business days for processing before shipping.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
Prices do not include taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Delivery times vary by location:
- Canada: 2-7 business days
- United States: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
Davies Hairs is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. All shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products that have been opened, worn, or altered.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
To initiate a return claim, email us at support@davieshairs.com with your order number and photos.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Davies Hairs and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Davies Hairs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
